What separates professional aerial work from a guy with a drone.
01
FAA Part 107 Certified
Licensed commercial drone operation. Not a hobbyist flying for pay and hoping nobody asks.

Cleared to fly in controlled airspace near airports, where most of the Birmingham metro actually sits.
03
Night Operations
Authorized for night flights. Twilight and evening aerial work, done legally.
04
Remote ID Compliant
Current aircraft meeting current federal requirements. No gray areas.
05
Fully Insured
Liability coverage on every flight. Documentation available for venues and municipalities that require it.

Weather Called Honestly
If conditions will not produce the shot, we reschedule instead of delivering excuses.
Common
Questions.
Questions.
Is your drone work actually legal?
Yes. FAA Part 107 certification, LAANC airspace authorization, Remote ID compliant aircraft, and liability insurance on every flight. We can provide documentation for any venue or municipality that asks.
Can you fly near the airport?
In most cases, yes. LAANC authorization lets us request access to controlled airspace, which covers much of the Birmingham metro. Some locations require advance planning, which is part of the scoping conversation.
Can you shoot at night?
Yes. We hold night operations authorization, which most drone operators do not. Twilight real estate shots and evening event coverage are both on the table.
How fast can you deliver?
Most aerial galleries and clips deliver within one week. Real estate turns faster because listings move. Rush is available when arranged ahead of the flight.
Do you combine aerial with ground footage?
Constantly. Aerial is strongest woven into a full production: brand films, listing packages, and event recaps that move between the ground and the air.
What does aerial work cost?
Scoped by the flight and the deliverables, quoted flat-rate after a short conversation. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
