Law Enforcement HRZN Creative Trussville, Alabama

Production That Knows the Protocols.

Recruitment films, community content, and agency media produced by a team that includes an active sworn law enforcement officer. OPSEC, PIO approval workflows, and CJIS awareness are not things we learned for the pitch. They are how we already work.

Why Agencies
Trust Us.
This is not a niche we picked. It is a world we work in.
01
Active Sworn Insight
Our lead creative is an active sworn officer with patrol, narcotics, and SWAT experience. The set runs the way a scene does: safely.
02
OPSEC By Default
Faces, plates, screens, and tactics reviewed before anything leaves our drives. What cannot be shown never gets shot.
03
PIO and Command Workflow
Draft, internal review, revisions, sign-off, controlled release. We built our delivery process around your approval process.
04
CJIS and PII Aware
Deliverables are screened for exposure before release. Public content stays public-safe.
05
Embargo Discipline
Content holds until legal and command clear it. No leaks, no early posts, no exceptions.
06
Government Procurement Ready
PO and Net-30 accommodated, W-9 and COI provided. Built to work the way agencies buy.
Common
Questions.
Who have you produced for?
Agencies in the Birmingham metro, including Hoover Police Department and Vestavia Hills Police Department. References available through your PIO channels.
How do you handle content approval?
Your workflow is our workflow. Draft, internal PIO and command review, revisions, final sign-off, controlled release. Nothing publishes until it clears.
Can you work around operational security?
It is the default, not an accommodation. An active sworn officer is on our team, so OPSEC, PII, and CJIS considerations are handled before you have to raise them.
Do you handle body-worn camera footage?
We can integrate cleared footage into productions within your department's policies and legal review. What is not cleared does not appear.
Can our agency purchase through normal channels?
Yes. PO and Net-30 terms, W-9 and certificate of insurance provided. We work the way your procurement office works.
What does agency production cost?
Scoped and quoted flat in writing for your approval chain. No hourly billing, no change-order surprises.
