How fast is turnaround?

Most videos, galleries, and deliverables ship within one week. Time-sensitive pieces can turn in under 24 hours when arranged in advance. Retainer clients get priority scheduling on everything.

What is your revision policy?

Unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. Refinement of delivered work is never metered. New scenes, added deliverables, or re-shoots are scoped as change orders.

Who owns the work when it is done?

You do. Your site, your footage, your photos, your feeds, your files. Delivered in organized cloud folders with a six-month local archive by default, extended retention available.

Who actually does the work?

The founders. Strategy and web from Andrew, all production from James. Nothing is outsourced, subcontracted, or shipped overseas.

Do you require contracts or retainers?

Projects stand alone with no ongoing commitment. Retainers run a three-month minimum, include priority turnaround, and earn preferred rates on all add-ons.
